Privacy

This page explains what we collect when you register for Meet Athena, who else is involved, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop. It covers this registration page only. If you go on to use Athena itself, the product has its own terms and privacy policy that apply there.

What we collect

When you register, you give us:

• Your name, so we can address the reminders to you.
• Your email address, so we can send the joining link, one reminder, and the replay.
• Your phone number, so we can send text reminders before the event.
• Your consent, meaning whether you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.
• Attribution parameters, meaning the campaign, source, and partner tags in the link you arrived from, so we know which ad or email sent you.

A provider stores that registration for us, rather than us keeping it on our own machines. We do not ask for a payment card to register, and we do not collect one to start your free trial on the call.

What we use it for

We use your name, email, and phone to get you to the event: the joining link, a single reminder, and the replay afterward. We keep the consent record so that if anyone ever asks why they were contacted, we can show what they agreed to and when. We use the attribution parameters in aggregate to understand which campaigns worked, not to build a profile of you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside ACTi and the service providers below who help us run the event on our behalf.

The third parties involved

Running this page and this event means a few outside services see some of your data or activity. Here is who they are and what each one handles. Each has its own privacy policy that governs what it does with what it receives.

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement. A Meta pixel on this page, along with matching events we may send from our server, tells us that a registration happened so we can measure which ads work. It can also let Meta match that activity to an account.
• Hyros, our ad attribution provider, receives the page URL, including the campaign parameters and click identifiers in it, so we can attribute registrations to the ad that brought you here.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use the page, taps, scrolling, and mouse movement, as anonymized session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the page. Typed input is masked.
• Vidalytics for the video on this page. The player loads from Vidalytics' servers and measures playback, such as whether the video started and how much of it was watched.
• Vercel for hosting. Serving this page produces standard server logs, including IP address and browser details, which is normal for any website.
• An email and text messaging provider that sends the joining link and reminders on our behalf. We will name it here once it is in place.

Cookies

The Meta pixel sets cookies in your browser so it can measure ads, and Vidalytics may set its own to remember playback. Microsoft Clarity also sets cookies to recognize returning visitors across sessions. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you ourselves. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the page will still work if you do.

Reminders, and how to opt out

We send event reminders two ways, by email and by text message, and you can stop either one without stopping the other:

• Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or reply and ask us to remove you.
• Text: reply STOP to any text and the messages end immediately. Reply START if you want them back.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your registration, and you will still get the email joining link unless you unsubscribe from email too.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Email privacy@acti.ai and we will take care of it and confirm when it is done. The one thing we may keep is a minimal record of your consent, since that is the proof that we had permission to contact you in the first place.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details for as long as we are running events you might want to hear about, and no longer than two years after this event unless you have started a relationship with Athena that keeps the account active. The consent record is kept for the same period as proof of permission. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except for that minimal consent record.
