Terms

These terms cover the Meet Athena event and the free trial we set up on the call. They are written plainly on purpose. Athena the product has its own terms that govern once you sign in and start using it, and where those conflict with anything here, the product terms win for your use of the product.

Attending the event

The event is free to attend and runs live on Zoom for about two hours on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Registering holds your seat and gets you the joining link, one reminder, and the replay afterward. You do not have to speak or turn on your camera. One volunteer works through a real decision while everyone else watches, so if you would rather stay muted the whole time, that is completely fine.

We may record the session for the replay. If you speak or appear on camera during the live call, you agree that portion may be included in the replay we send to registrants.

The free trial

Everyone who attends can start a free trial of Athena on the call. It is free, you start it live with us during the event, and it does not require a payment card. It will not turn into a paid subscription on its own.

The exact shape of the trial, including how long it runs and what it includes, is walked through when you start it, and those details govern. The trial is yours whether or not you ever choose to pay for anything.

The paid subscription

Athena has a paid version beyond the trial, and we would rather tell you what it costs than make you hunt for it. Today there are two plans, and both let you cancel anytime:

• $97 a month, billed monthly.
• $997 a year, which works out cheaper than paying by the month.

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to Stripe directly, and we never see or store your card number. Choosing to subscribe is entirely up to you, and nothing on this page or during the event obligates you to buy.

If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops. We do not charge you again after that. We do not currently give partial refunds for the middle of a period, though we will always look at a genuine problem case by case.

Changes

If we have to move or change the event, we will let registrants know by email. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed.
